Instructions:
- Thaw the frozen product
- Preheat stove
- Add oil in the pan over medium-high heat
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the chicken
- Let the chicken cook for 20 minutes
Veggie Roast
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 170F
- Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray;
- Put the ingredients in the skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Cook over medium heat 6 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender
