Lemon Chicken Leg Quarter

Instructions:

  1. Thaw the frozen product 
  2. Preheat stove 
  3. Add oil in the pan over medium-high heat 
  4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the chicken 
  5. Let the chicken cook for 20 minutes

 

Veggie Roast

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 170F 
  2. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray;
  3. Put the ingredients in the skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper 
  4. Cook over medium heat 6 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender
  5. Serve with the cooked chicken and Enjoy!
