Ingredients:

Salmon 

On top of the Salmon: Mustard, Panko bread, Butter, Parmesan, Parsley, Dill, Lemon Zest

INSTRUCTIONS: 

THAW TIME: 30 MINS – 1 HOUR

  1. To thaw the vacuum-sealed salmon, place it in a bowl with cold water for for 30mins-1 hour. If you opt to use the microwave to thaw the salmon, take it out of the pouch and put the microwave on “DEFROST” for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Pre-heat oven at 200 deg Celsius

  3. Put the salmon on the baking pan

      4. Place the pan in the middle of the oven, and bake for about 20-25 minutes or       until salmon is just cooked through (it is best cooked medium) and crust is golden
